Job Description
As an In-House Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in designing and executing visually impactful signage projects. This is an in-house position that requires creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration with various teams to deliver high-quality designs.



Responsibilities

Design a wide range of signage projects, including banners, vehicle wraps, illuminated letters, monuments, pylon signs, and electronic message centers (EMCs).

Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their vision and requirements.

Develop design concepts and present them for approval.

Prepare production-ready files for printing and fabrication.

Ensure all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project specifications.

Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and software advancements.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the sign industry.

Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
