Job Description
As a Production Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our production operations. This role involves managing shop employees, maintaining workflow, and ensuring the quality of all fabricated products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the art department to ensure accurate production drawings are released to the shop.

Schedule and oversee all incoming work and manage shop employees.

Assist in selecting materials for projects and order materials as needed.

Work with management to streamline workflow and manage inventory.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.

Assist in purchasing and training shop employees on equipment usage.

Perform quality assurance checks throughout the fabrication process.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.

Previous experience in sign fabrication and shop management.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage high-volume, high-quality production.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds or more.
