Job Description
    The In-House Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of multiple signage projects for various clients, including national retail chains. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct code reviews and analyze plans and surveys.

Manage initial design requests and revisions.

Obtain estimates and prepare customer proposals and contracts.

Secure landlord approvals and negotiate purchase prices for goods and services.

Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with regulations.

Review and release production drawings for fabrication.

Coordinate all aspects of signage installation, including resolving on-site challenges.

Handle final customer invoicing and maintain strong client communication.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

Prior experience in project coordination or management in signage, construction, lighting, or electrical contracting industries.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and electronic).

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or GED required (advanced education preferred).
