Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth. You will manage a team, build client relationships, and implement sales strategies that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional growth targets.
Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Familiarity with the signage industry is a plus.
