Job Description
The ideal candidates are creative, self-motivated team players who thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. As a Production Team Member, you will contribute to fabricating high-quality products while ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality production of signage and related products.
• Manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Assist with various fabrication tasks as needed to support production goals.

Qualifications
The ideal candidates will have:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds or more.
• Previous sign fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
